HYDRAZINE INDUCED POLYGENIC MUTANTS IN FIELD BEAN (DOLICHOS LABLAB L. var. LIGNOSUS)
Abstract
Six Hydrazine induced polygenic mutants in filed bean were isolated from M2 generation and their breeding behavior was studied in M3 generation by estimating genetic parameters for quantitative characters. High heritability values were observed for plant height followed by number of primary branches per plant. High values of genotypic co-efficient of variation
