Anticancerous drugs designing methods from chimeric protein

Abstract
Life expectancy of the newborn is increasing day by day after the development of various drugs. Therapeutic chemical compounds and various proteins interaction is the prominent way to design large or huge quantity of medicines and in fact with better quality. But the procedure for the spreading of a Novel Drug drugs design is too much complex, expensive and time consuming. It took almost 10 to 15 years by following conventional methods, but currently with the development of novel approaches in the field of Technologies such as, structure based, ligands based and virtual screening and methodologies such as computational methods are the fruitful ways to makeup the deficiency of drugs availability. In case of anticancer drug designing methods, computational approaches have had play major role for the development of fruitful products. Here in this review article we are going to represent some examples of identified chimeric protein molecules from different resources, their targeted areas, mechanisms of action and the concept of rational drug designing methods.
