This paper deals with the taxonomic studies of the family Equisetaceae, Pterideophyta, from district Swabi, Khyber Pakhtunkhuwa, Pakistan. Extensive field surveys were conducted from June 2017 to July 2018. Seven species were recognized in current study from the study area. Previously collected specimens hosted at Pakistan Museum of Natural History (PMNH) were also consulted. Keys at generic, specific level, description, general distribution and foot notes have been provided.
