WATER DEPLETION AND IT’S DECREASING QUALITY BY ANTHROPOGENIC ACTIVITIES, IT’S EFFECTS AND VIABLE SOLUTIONS, A MINI REVIEW.

Abstract
Water, a vital resource for life, faces unprecedented challenges due to human activities, resulting in both depletion and degradation of quality. Water calamity has become a booming issue in every corner of globe. The rudimentary reason for water scarcity and water adulteration is due to the anthropogenic activities that are proliferating with the increase in members of human race. About more than half of the wet lands has become dehydrated at the present moment. Water resources are depleting deleteriously. There is a dire need to negotiate sustainable handling of water. Otherwise, it is a frightening threat eventually. Water depletion is emerging due to climate changes, population explosion, poor water supervision in agricultural sectors, misuse in household usage and uncontrollable usage day to day. Global warming is further an ancillary cause of water scarcity through which water is being dried out by evaporation. Water defiling is taking place due to anthropogenic doings like uncontrolled liberating of industrial waste, unleash garbage into fresh water depositories, usage of chemical stuffs like fertilizers, petrochemicals and chemical sprinkles near natural basins. Waterborne disorders that are usual in living souls such as hepatitis brings about dysfunction of liver, diarrhea induces digestive troubles, typhoid results severe fever and polio leads to abnormality in human framework.
Underwater creatures, seashore natives, earth bound inhabitants and all ecosystems of globe are being influenced by contamination and diminution of water. 2.7 billion individuals encounter water shortage for one month in a year and 1.1 billion humans face water slumping per year. This estimate is growing swiftly day after day. Rough calculations apprise us that in 2025, about two-third residents of earth will experience water reduction and thus will lead to detrimental state for inhabitants of globe. Water usage around the globe would expand relatively about 20-30 percent in the near future.
Some applicable measures must be followed to pare down the water associated challenges. Water can be guarded by administering the water crises which is utilized in agricultural motive because seventy percent of water is frittered away through agricultural practices. Preservation of wetlands, diminution of water consumption for household purpose, desalination of seawater, reutilization of formally used water and escalation of water storage in reservoirs are the steps that are needed to be adopted to redeem future from heinous ending. Otherwise, water, water far and wide but there would not only one drop of water for drinking purpose.
