Abstract

In this study, which was carried out for 2 years (2018-2019) in the ecological conditions of Pazar district of Rize province of Türkiye, yield and some quality characteristics (crude protein ratio, cell wall components: ADF, NDF, ADP and macro element contents: P, K, Ca, Mg) were investigated. The study was carried out in an organic tea garden with 3 replications according to the random blocks split plots experimental design. In the study, organic fertilizers (Control, Organoferm, Neobioplus, Bionur and Orbitosol) form the main plots, and harvest times (1st harvest, 2nd harvest and 3rd harvest) form the sub-plots. When the results of the study are examined; the mean of fresh yield 7161.89 kg/ha, dry matter ratio 86.92%, dry yield 6228.08 kg/ha, crude protein ratio 15.27%, protein yield 959.76 kg/ha, ADF 30.43%, NDF 49.63%, ADP 1.29%, P 0.27%, K 1.86%, Ca 1.81%, Mg 0.056%, Ca/P 6.80 and K/(Ca+Mg) 1.01. Statistically significant ones in organic fertilizer fresh yield, dry yield, crude protein ratio, protein yield, NDF, K, Mg; in harvest fresh yield, dry matter ratio, dry yield, crude protein ratio, protein yield, ADF, NDF, ADP, P, K, Ca, Mg, Ca/P, K/(Ca+Mg); in the organic fertilizers*harvest times interaction Mg was found to be statistically significant, while the others were insignificant. When we evaluate according to yield and some quality results; Neobioplus and Organoferm in organic fertilizer, and 1st harvest time gave the best results.
