Species of this genus are found in all botanical and geographical regions of Azerbaijan. The aim of work is to study description of the anatomical characteristics ( root and stem) of Hypericum species spreading in Azerbaijan flora. In anatomical investigation, cross-sections from the root and stems of the plant were examined by a light microscope Axiocam (Zeiss, 105 clor).
