EFFECT OF SOME Quercus spp. EXTRACT IN ADULT OF Tribolium castaneum MORTALITY

Three concentrations (0.5, 1, 2) mg/ ml of hot water extract, alcoholic extract and phenolic extract of Quercus spp. were used biocontrol of Tribolium castaneum adult. The results showed that 100% mortality was by alcoholic extract at 16 hour of exposure with concentration 2 mg/ ml, and with aqueous extract at 48 hour in 2 mg/ ml, while with phenolic extract was the highest mortality (50%) at 16 hour in concentration 2 mg/ ml.
