To Evaluate Physiological and Biochemical Changes Caused in wheat During Seed Treatment And Their Involvement In Salt Tolerance In Wheat( (Triticum aestivum L.)

Abstract

Two wheat genotypes (Khirman and Inqalab) were tried by presoaking at various degrees of hydrogen peroxide (0, 20, 40, 60, 80 and 100 µM) against saltiness levels (0 and 100 mM NaCl).The hostile to oxidant action was assessed and determined in wheat index different saltiness levels and non-saline water, soaking and drenching seed with H2O2 at various fixations and different concentrations. The H2O2 influenced on physiological and biochemical for example dampness consent or moisture content, sodium, potassium substance and sodium potassium proportion under H2O2 and NaCl. The conclusive note of the data and information collected was that Khirman, Inqalab could be developed and cultivated under saline condition. H2O2 seed treatment appears to ensure the salt touchy genotype Inqalab against yield reductions caused by salinity, Khirman, salt tolerant genotype is inconsequential influenced. On the best impacts were seen around 60 µM of H2O2, treatment. H2O2 signals the enactment of cancer prevention agents in seed, which endure in the seedlings to balance the particle prompted oxidative harm. The progressions prompted the outflow of stress improved physiological and biochemical characteristics, which bolster growth and development under salinity.
