On the basis of research findings it is suggested recommendations that inquire about perceptions of the borrowers in obtaining credit from ZTBL. Although almost all of the validity of credit borrowers complain that the interest rate charged for these loans. As subsistence farmers, they think interest rates are too high for their views. Moreover, most of them are not satisfied with the program to get agricultural credit. One reason may be that the majority of farmers have low levels of education, they can not understand and fill out a loan application form for yourself. To this end, they have to need help banks to stop or some other educated people either. Respondents also complained about the behavior of the staff of the bank.
