Abstract

The response characteristics of rabbiteye blueberries to the coupling of water and fertilizer are not clear. On this basis, two factors(water: W, fertilizer: F) and four levels of experiments (F1、F2、F3, W1、W2、W3、W4) were used to study the effect of water and fertilizer coupling on the physiological characteristics and tree growth of rabbiteye blueberries, and a comprehensive evaluation of the membership function was used to guide reasonable water and fertilizer coupling management measures. The results showed that the effects of different modes of water and fertilizer coupling on rabbiteye blueberry leaf physiological characteristics and tree growth were significantly different, and the overall performance in turn was water and fertilizer interaction effects, irrigation and fertilization; high fertilizer and high water treatment enhanced blueberry leaf net photosynthetic rate (Pn), Stomatal conductance (Gs) and transpiration rate (Tr) improve leaf photosynthetic capacity; high-fertilizer and mid-water combination increases leaf soluble protein content and chlorophyll content; mid-fertilizer and mid-water treatment increases leaf soluble protein, soluble sugar, Superoxide dismutase (SOD) and chlorophyll content, reducing Malondialdehyde(MDA) content, enhancing leaf resistance and improving leaf metabolism; mid-fertilizer and mid-water treatment promotes the growth of flower buds and new shoots; combining membership function and cluster analysis, the most suitable water and fertilizer condition for promoting the growth of rabbiteye blueberry plants are F2W2、F2W3 and F3W3; the physiological characteristics of leaves and tree growth of different types of plant varieties have different requirements for the ratio of water and fertilizer. This study is of great significance to the precise planting of rabbiteye blueberries in Guizhou, China, and the poverty alleviation of fruit farmers.
