Abstract

Salvia reflexa Hornemwas collected from different localities include ingParachinar city, Shalozan, Luqmankhail, Pewar, Nastikot, Parachinar Air Port, TariMangal and Kharlachiin Kurram Agency, Pakistan. Salvia reflexa Hornem has not been reported in the Flora of Pakistan till todate.Its spreads well in flooded ravines, gullies, fields, along road side, sandy loams and fertile clay soils.It is a eury species with wide ecological amplitude. It was collected from the sub-tropical zone between1328 m upto 1965 m, on open sandy soils in the plains. It is reported as new record for the Flora of Pakistan.
