TAXONOMIC REVISION OF THE FAMILY STERCULIACEAE FROM PAKISTAN
Abstract
Ten genera 19 species of Sterculiaceae, mostly cultivated, are discussed. Keys to the taxa and descriptions are provided. Following Hutchinson several species have been transferred to Brachychiton, Fermiana and pterygota from Sterculia. Correct nomenclature and authority have been adopted in addition to a few new records from the area.
