STABILITY ANALYSIS OF YIELD AND YIELD COMPONENTS IN CHICKPEA (CICER ARIETINUM L.) GENOTYPES ACROSS THREE RAINFED LOCATIONS OF PAKISTAN
Abstract
One approach to improve the chickpea yield is to identify stable genotypes that perform consistently better under diverse environments. Fifteen genotypes of chickpea were evaluated for stability of different yield parameters under three diverse environments (Bhakkar, Chakwal and Rawalpindi) in the Punjab province of Pakistan.
