Abstract
Bell pepper is a very important product for the domestic and foreign markets. Low productivity is a big problem in organic agriculture, and one of the ways to increase productivity for sustainability in organic agriculture is the use of hybrid varieties. This study was planned to determine the performance of hybrid (H) bell pepper varieties in comparison with standard (S) bell pepper varieties under organic farming conditions. As a result, organic varieties give the best results especially in yield (g/plant), average fruit weight (g), fruit length (mm), fruit width (mm) parameters. It is an indication that hybrid bell pepper varietiescan be used in organic agriculture. When we look at the varieties, the highest yield was determined in the 'Tesla' variety, while the highest average fruit weight, fruit length and fruit width were determined in the ‘Actor’ hybrid variety.
