Abstract
Today, it is known that many of the chemicals used in laboratories have toxic effects on human health and that the resulting chemical wastes negatively affect the environment and therefore all elements of the ecosystem. Therefore, this study shows the availability of natural compounds that can be alternatives to the chemicals used in experimental studies and that environmentally friendly methods can be developed with less chemical waste. We think that this economical and practical method will facilitate the isolation of microsclerotia-forming fungi and obtaining pure culture.
