Study on genetic algorithm for ultrasound-assisted artemisinin extraction in artemisinin

In order to optimize the extraction process of artemisinin, single-factor test and orthogonal test were conducted with the material-liquid ratio, ultrasonic time, temperature and ultrasonic power as the research factors in the extraction process of artemisinin. The results showed that when the material-liquid ratio was 1:50, the sonication time was 53 min, the sonication temperature was 52 °C and the sonication power was 100 W, the content of the obtained artemisinin extract reached 60 μg/mL, and the results were more reliable.
