Abstract

During 2020-2021 year,Calligonum plants of field survey, and related flora, specimens’ data were employed to find out responses of the distribution and growth region of Calligonum juncum community to climate in Xinjiang arid. The results showed that the Calligonum juncum had a distribution mainly between 43.30°-47.38°N,84.33°-90.13°E,elevation are 441-936m,the most appropriate mean annual temperature ranged from 2.99-10.48℃. The most appropriate mean sunshine hours ranged from 2710.28-3140.64 hours. the most appropriate mean precipitation ranged from 72.42-206.01mm.the most appropriate mean evaporation ranged from 1532.27-2768.15mm.The most appropriate WI ranged from 58.81-112.27℃. the most appropriate CI ranged from -87.87--43.15℃.the most appropriate HI ranged from0.77-2.89. The principal component analysis showed that the relative effect of climate indexes on the distribution of Calligonum juncum followed the order that thermal factor>light factors >precipitation factors >snow factors, together with human influences.
