· Monitoring and adjustment environmental factor such as temperature, humidity, and lighting to ensure optimal growing condition
· Implementing pest and disease management strategies management appropriate
· Conducting regular plant inspections and making appropriate recommendations for health and growth
· Harvesting and trimming of mature plants
· Proper harvesting and curing techniques to maintain potency, aroma and flavor
· Accurate labeling and packaging of the final products to meet consumer protection regulations
· Keeping detailed records of all activities and processes involved in cannabis cultivation and quality control
