Synthesis and Powder diffraction analysis of Nano particles from Solanum Surattense and their study to enhance the action of antibiotic in human body

IRAMKHAN
Abstract

The present study aimed to study the nanotechnology and undergoes its implementation to carry antibiotics across some biological barriers such as digestive tissues and mucus .Nanoparticles enhance the treatment and help the medicine to reach the proper organ and recover the infection in short time .Nanoparticles control the metabolic activities and prevents antibiotic resistivity in body. Inhibition of enzyme like lactamase by Nano particles is also part of study in this research work.. The synthesized Nano particles are used with antibiotic amoxicillin the moiety thiol linkage present in amoxicillin help them to attach with Nano particles and increase its effectiveness inhibition study proved that both nanoparticles are activator of enzyme showed increase absorbance of 1.34 and 2.0 silver and zinc oxide nanoparticles. The silver nanoparticles were synthesized by using seed extract of Solanum surattense and silver nitrate solution .Sol-gel method was used to synthesize zinc oxide nanoparticles ,. Conformation of ZnO nanoparticles was done by X-Ray diffraction method; 6.88nm was the average crystalline size of zinc oxide nanoparticles that was calculated from Scherer equation. Lactamase used was extracted from Aspergillusoryzae and its protein nature was confirmed by Lowry method. The amount of protein present was 1.2mg/ml.
